The Montpellier vinegar Factory patiently produces organic wine vinegars through an agro-responsible
and sustainable process.

The objective is to restore nobility to this millennial and traditional product from the Languedoc region. By selecting wines and blending organic grape varieties with Héraultais winegrowers, our policy is to naturally produce local vinegars and distribute them in Montpellier and its surroundings on a short circuit.

To respect the environment as well as possible, we only use natural materials as much as possible in the Process, either for manufacturing or for distribution: oak and chestnut barrels, stainless steel tools, wooden bottle racks, kraft labels , sealing wax…

Nicolas Robinson, a true enthusiast, brought together his experience in the viticultural field and his Agricultural diplomas to embark on this formidable agro-ecological project and restore this beautiful profession...
