In the favourable soil of the Buèges valley, Christine cultivates vines all year round and truffle oaks - a very random crop, subject to the vagaries of the weather and therefore with a very variable yield. For three months, from 15 December to 15 March, she will be cellaring the black Hérault truffle (Tuber melanosporum) in the company of her dog, Maya, to offer you this exceptional product. Her brushed truffle will enable you to flavour omelettes, mashed potatoes, fresh pasta, foie gras and other festive dishes... which you will accompany with a chateau-saint-jean-de-buèges or a tour-de-baux red wine raised in the valley. Sale at the fairs in St-Jean-de-Buèges (Farmers' Day), Claret (Truffle and Terroir Day), St-Geniès-des-Mourgues, Uzès.
