Located in SAINT-MARTIN-DE-LONDRES, the company has been run by Guy GINER and Jean-Michel DURAND since 2007. This family business is part of the local landscape and is much appreciated by the epicureans of the Pic Saint-Loup.

The two bakeries in Saint-Martin de Londres (one in the centre of the village, Place de la Fontaine, the other at the La Gloriette roundabout at the entrance to the town) are open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm. They offer all the products from the laboratory, also located in Saint-Martin de Londres and currently being expanded.

Among the "star" products of LATOUR: the "Festive" baguette kneaded by hand every day, the "Calades de Saint-Martin" sweets, the "Mille-Feuilles" with inverted puff pastry and of course the famous "Pic Saint-Loup de Latour", the reference cake for the whole region!

Let's also mention its "fougasse d'antan" made in the traditional way, which brings back our childhood memories!
